Hiding

Yeah, I"ve been hiding from my blog again. Here is what I have been up to in the last month...

Swimming with Mandi and Jake

Going on walks with Mandi and Jake

Take Frank on those walks, and him only making in halfway before needing to be carried

Frank at the 4th of July parade, where I had to eventually carry him because a) he wouldn't walk any further and b) people wouldn't stop petting him as I walked by

Mandi's husband came home before his deployment, so he went to the parade with us (my brother is in the background making that very attractive face)

Mandi, her hubs, Jake, and Eli

Frank took over my bed, he now tends to sleep in the very middle

Sabs came to visit! Sabs is my bestie, and has helped me get through the last 7 1/2 months. He was Steve's best friend, they met through the Air Force. He came to visit me on his way back to ND from seeing his family.

I've started decorating my room finally, now that I can afford it. Here is my new bed (that I put together, ugh), and the wall decorations I made with scrap booking things. The "C", by the way, is for my last name, not Caitlin. In the frame to the left is our wedding date, and in the from to the right is a 3D flower I made from card stock.

Hi, my name is Caitlin, and I am a blog-slacker. Theses are from a bit ago, around Father's Day. We went up to Slide Rock. It's this place where the river runs over all this super smooth rock, and it has what are basically natural water slide. Anyway, here are the pictures from that!

My rad Friday night and my rad brother. Raddddddd

My Friday night:

I went and picked up Panda Express with my brother, and we rocked out to Tim McGraw. Yeah... All out singing, cellphones as microphones, and all that. And now we're home watching The Secret Life of the American Teenager (longest show title ever), and internet surfing. My nights are pretty wild.

Let me tell you about my brother. I haven't talked about my family too much. My brother is awesome. Obviously, since he's hanging out with me on a Friday night. I'm doing in in bullet points, since thats how I like it.
-He just turned 13 last month
-He's 5'7", a good 5 inches taller than me
-He has the feet to match
-He's jocky, he plays football
-He's also artistic and loves to draw
-He's the nicest 13 year old boy ever
-He's not a douche like some little boys are
-We like to sing in the car together
-He'll spend an entire Saturday at school with me
-He's super cute
-Girls at his school love him
-But he doesn't have time for them
-He's always played dress up with me, still to this day
-His name is Elijah, but that's his "your in trouble" name, otherwise it's Sugg (like sugar)
-He started off as Sugar Bear, then Suggie Bear, then Suggie, and now he's Sugg

Foggy.

I'm a little out of it right now. I'm so tired!
I"m currently doing a night in with my brother. We've got pizza, gummi worms, and movies. I might not ever be able to eat again.
I just wrote about two paragraphs bitching about school, but I'm not going to even go there. Main thing of the day, I graduate March 15, and that includes taking off 4 days to go to Chicago. I won't have to go in for any more Saturadays, I'll just have to do every Tuesday and Thursday night. No problem, I've been doing it for months anyway.
This post has no point. I'm stuffed, and now I'm going to watch The Taking of Pelham 123. I love John Travolta and I love Denzel Washington.

Who are you? Who, who? Who, who?

I watched CSI for about 5 or 6 hours today. However, I feel like I have an excuse. My mom and I woke up feeling incredibly sick, and stayed on the couch until it was time to pick Elijah up from school. I got him, went to the library, and headed home to reunite with the couch.

Can I just mention how annoying whistling is? I really cannot stand it. Luckily for me, someone in our house loves to whistle. I won't name names.
